Dr. Fouzi Harrag was born on May 26, 1977 in Setif, Algeria. He received the Bachelor, Magister “Master Level” and Doctorate degrees in Computer Science from Ferhat Abbas University, Setif (UFAS) in Algeria in 2001, 2005 and 2011, respectively. He joined the computer science department of Ferhat Abbas University, Setif in 2005. He is now Associate Professor "A" at the same department. Dr. Fouzi Harrag has taught several License and Master Courses, as well as supervising a number of classical system engineers and students of the new LMD system. His main research focuses in text mining and its applications to corpora in Arabic Language, in particular the topic classification and segmentation of Arabic texts. Currently he is interested in several applications of Big Data Mining in the areas of social networks, healthcare, smart cities, as well as the application of data mining techniques in the field of software engineering.
